We’ve organised parties for tens of thousands of people since 2014, including Australian sports and TV personalities. Our Suppliers

We only work with suppliers that have strong reputations in their own rights – experts and perfectionists like we are. We screen all our suppliers carefully as your experience with them is a direct reflection of your experience with Get Loose.

We personally get to know the people behind the businesses we work with, and we don’t do business with people that don’t share our values. Some agencies promote suppliers that they have never even spoken to, which is a big no-no in this industry. It’s essential to create strong and personal relationships for the benefit of clients, suppliers and Get Loose.

We also prefer to do deals with business owners directly (not managers) to ensure the commitment, consistency and longevity of our partnerships.

Our People

We believe we employ the best people in the industry – read our reviews or judge for yourself once you’ve attended one of our events.

Our people represent our brand and they are employed on the basis that they understand this. We employ a combination of registered employees, independent contractors and booking agencies. Our screening and training process ensures we are only engaging professional people. We have comprehensive agreements with our people to reinforce our expectations.

At venues that Get Loose does not employ people directly, we trust our suppliers to deliver on our behalf. We encourage any feedback.

Our Service

All clients have a personal party planner to provide a personalised service. Our clients are the lifeblood of our business, so we care about your expectations and experiences (please read our values).

Get Loose does not own any of the venues we offer you. Whilst this means we are not biased with what we offer, it also means we have a responsibility to represent our suppliers properly and professionally. Reputable suppliers are careful with who they work with, so we have a responsibility to them as we do our clients.

Get Loose is the exclusive party planner for many venues and we employ our own staff at those venues, so we do have a certain level of control over clients experiences (please enquire about which venues these include and what our capacity is at each venue).

Local Expertise

Get loose is based in Sydney, but our party planners meet our key partners in other cities regularly. We know what’s hot and what’s not in each city, and we take the time to build relationships with our suppliers so that we can offer expert service.

Less Work More Play

Don’t stress looking for the best deals and thrills because we’ve done that for you. Just get loose and enjoy the party. We have the local expertise and connections to save you the time on all the research and negotiating that comes with planning a party. Many of our packages are also exclusive to Get Loose offering you a unique experience.

Insurance Matters

Get Loose Pty Ltd (ABN 51 626 435 818) has the relevant insurances to offer all our stakeholders peace of mind. This includes Public & Products Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance with iCare NSW & WorkSafe Victoria. We also have Contractual Agreements with Registered Employees, Independent Contractors, Booking Agencies and Suppliers.

Why We’re a Better Option Than Going Direct to a Supplier

Get Loose brings the best suppliers in the industry together in one place so you don’t have to do the work and research on your own. A lot of our suppliers also rely on us to promote and facilitate the bookings for their business, so they can focus on what they do best and host the events. Many suppliers lack marketing and administrative resources so we fill that role. For our clients this means you get access to experiences that you may not be able to find on your own and you get full-time support from our office to co-ordinate everything for you.

Here are some key benefits of our service:

  • You have access to many options to compare (we’ve done all the research and work to build relationships with reputable and reliable suppliers and built a comprehensive online platform to present them to you in detail)
  • Our party planners will help you find the best options tailored to you
  • We offer all-inclusive event management services such as optional entertainment and transport that suppliers don’t offer, so everything is conveniently packaged up for you (you don’t have to deal with multiple suppliers)
  • We have exclusive deals and unique packages with many of our suppliers that you won’t get going direct to a supplier
  • Essentially you get a free events management service as we work on commission
  • Many suppliers will only take bookings from Get Loose as we look after the entire booking process for them
  • As we have many suppliers, if one supplier let’s a client down due to unforeseen circumstances we have alternative options for you

Why NOT To Book With Us

When you book an event with us you are getting an organised and reliable service from a reputable operator that has strong and respected relationships with clients and suppliers. This comes with strict procedures and conditions including non-refundable payments and strict deadlines. We appreciate that our clients will be across the detail and respect our procedures. If you are not happy committing to our booking terms and conditions please do not book an event with us as it is in no-ones interest for you to do so. You will also find that our booking terms are often more lenient than other companies.

We put a lot of effort into our events and our events are in high demand. Whilst we appreciate that you are booking your event with us we do not tolerate unreasonable behaviour if it is not warranted. We understand that organising an event can be a stressful experience which is why we exist to help, but please be mindful that we are a small business that only does the right thing by our clients and suppliers.
