On the search filters and on the boat, venue and package profiles across our website, you will notice catering options listed. This makes it easy for you to search for things like a BBQ Menu, Beverage Package, BYO Food option and more. Below is a quick explainer of what each option means. Please visit each of the profile pages for the actual menus offered by each different supplier.

Food

Banquet/Buffet Menu

Picture a feast of food with items such as BBQ Chicken, Slow Cooked Lamb & Legs of Ham.

BBQ Menu

Picture savoury Gourmet Beef Sausages and Chicken Skewers with Salad and Bread Rolls.

Canape Menu

Indulge in finger food such as Mini Pizza Platters, Antipasto, Prawn, Cheese & Fruit Platters.

BBQ Facility

A BBQ facility means you can bring and cook your own food or the skipper can do it for you.

BYO Food

BYO Food means you have the option of organising your own catering (only on boats).

Table Dining

Table Dining means there is space for a sit-down meal as opposed to only standing.

Plates & Cutlery Provided

Plates & Cutlery means if you are arranging BYO Food you do not need to bring utensils as it’s provided for you.

Beverages

Beverage Package

A Beverage Package means there is a bar with a free-flowing drinks package available.

Bar Tab

A Bar Tab means you can set how much you want to spend on drinks and pay it in one bill.

BYO Alcohol

BYO Alcohol means you have the option of organising your own alcohol (boats only).

Pay-As-You-Go Drinks

This means your guests can pay for their own drinks on consumption so you’re not stuck with the bill.

Cups Provided for BYO

This means if you are bringing your own drinks you do not need to bring cups or glasses as it’s provided for you.

Ice Provided for BYO

This means if you are bringing your own drinks you do not need to bring ice also as it’s provided for you.
