Music: Bring your DJ equipment, and we’ll provide a table, tablecloth, and power to ensure a seamless setup. Alternatively, connect your phone via Bluetooth to our onboard speaker system.

Please note there are no fridges or freezers available for client use.

Boat Hire Fees

CATERED CHARTERS (when you add a food & beverage package):

  • January-October: $2,000 (3 Hours), $2,600 (4 Hours)
  • November-December: $2,250 (3 Hours), $3,000 (4 Hours) for min 50ppl (and excludes Friday & Saturday nights last weekend in November until Christmas Eve)
  • Or Cash/Bar Tab: Staff Fee of $300 per 50 guests applies
  • Public Holidays & Special Dates: Price on request
  • No BYO Beverages with catered charters

 

CHRISTMAS SEASON RATE:

For Friday and Saturday Nights last weekend in November through till last Saturday before Christmas Eve

  • 4 Hour Cruise
  • Minimum 70 guests
  • Includes Rushcutters Bay Buffet or Clifton Gardens Cocktail Menu
  • Includes Diamond Beverage Package

  • BYO Fee: $15 per person (for Food and/or Beverages)
  • Public Holidays & Special Dates: Price on request

  • Max 50 people
  • BYO disposable plates, cutlery, cups and ice
  • You may bring your own eskies but 2 large tubs are also provided onboard
  • All guests must meet at the departure wharf with their BYO Food & Beverages (no prior boarding is permitted)
  • There is no use of the galley or fridges onboard

Wharf Fees:

  • King St Wharf: $75 per wharf booking
  • Eastern Pontoon Wharf Circular Quay: $90 per wharf booking
  • The vessel cannot dock at Manly, Balmoral or Convention Wharf

Pre Access: If prior access is required $250 additional for up to a maximum 30 mins before cruise subject to boat availability (max 3 ppl)

Security: Security is required for all birthday parties 24 years and younger. One security guard per 80 guests required @ $350 per guard

Cash/Tab Bar Staff Fee: $300 per bar staff per 50 guests

Payment Details

Deposit: $2,000

Balance: 14 days before event

Bond: $1,000

The deposit locks in the boat and confirms the booking for you. The deposit contributes to the total price and the balance is the remaining amount due. The damage bond is payable before the cruise and is returned after the cruise.
