Availability

Availability:

  • Available everyday (enquire with us for availability on our real-time calendar)
  • Charters are minimum 3 hours in May-September (off-peak season), and 4 hours in October-April (peak season)
  • Preferred charter times are between 10.00am-2.00pm, 11.00am-3.00pm, 12.00pm-4.00pm, 1.00pm-5.00pm, 5.00pm-9.00pm and 6.00pm-10.00pm (we will advise which time-slots are available depending on the date)

Wharf Locations include:

  • King St Wharf, CBD
  • Casino Wharf
  • ICC Wharf, Darling Harbour
  • Hollys Wharf, Pyrmont Park
  • Balmain (Yeend St)
  • Longueville Wharf
  • Huntleys Point
  • All wharfs are subject to availability, other options are available on special request and additional fees may apply depending on the wharf
  • The boat does not travel to Man O War (Circular Quay), Darling Point Wharf (McKell Park) or Taronga Zoo
  • Watsons Bay is on application
  • Manly can be accessed for $200 each way with groups of 12 passengers max, otherwise if there are over 12 passengers the vessel can only travel as far as Middle Harbour (this is due to choppy waters affecting the journey at the heads on the way to Manly)

Pre-loading:

  • There are no fees for pre-loading however this is subject to availability around the boat’s schedule. Beverages can usually be loaded at the Gladesville Bridge Marina on the morning of the charter.

BEVERAGE PACKAGES

Waitstaff not included in any of the beverage options. Cost $300 per waitstaff for 4 hours, $75 per hour thereafter. One waitstaff required up to 12 guests, two waitstaff required for 13-30 guests and 3 waitstaff are required for 31-41 guests.

Standard Package: $15 per person per hour

  • Includes unlimited sparkling, white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
  • Add Spirits: $5 per person per hour
  • Add Champagne & Spirits: $15 per person per hour

Roaming Wine Tasting experience: $400 per sommelier (1 for every 20 people required)

  • Add some fun and relaxed theatre by inviting a comelier from Upstairs Wines to your cruise and experience a roaming wine tasting where you’ll learn all about the delicious wines onboard. Beverage package required (this is an add on)

For the Kids: $6.25 per person per hour

  • Includes unlimited soft drink and orange juice

Boat Hire Fees

  • May-September: $990 per hour (3 Hours Minimum)
  • October-April (ex December): $1,100 per hour (4 Hours Minimum)
  • December: $1,300 per hour (4 Hours Minimum)
  • Public Holidays: 20% surcharge applies

Any Other Fees

BYO Food Surcharge: Currently No Fee Applies

BYO Drinks Surcharge: $20 per person

Surcharge includes crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils, serving equipment, eskies, and ice.

Wharf Booking Fees: $50 per wharf

Wait Staff: $300; $75 per hour after 4 hours

  • 1 waitstaff required for up to 12 guests
  • 2 waitstaff required for 13–30 guests
  • 3 waitstaff required for 31–41 guests

100% surcharge on waitstaff on public holidays

Paddle Board Hire: $80 per board (max. 4 boards)

Lilypad: Free (on request only)

Entertainment Options

Payment Details

Deposit: $2,000

Balance: 14 days before event

Bond: $1,000

The deposit locks in the boat and confirms the booking for you. The deposit contributes to the total price and the balance is the remaining amount due. The damage bond is payable before the cruise and is returned after the cruise.
